   quantitative PCR assays with all the components necessary to perform
   qPCR: Hot Start Taq Polymerase, dNTP, MgCl2, fluorescent dye and ROX 
   dye. The user simply needs to add water, template and primers. The 
   convenient 2x qPCR mix format reduces pipetting steps, increasing
